With almost 20 years of experience in institutional investment management in several European countries, Francesco has built a strong expertise in real estate investments, pulling together complex deals with multiple stakeholders.

After specialising in Real Estate during his studies in the UK, Francesco joined **Standard Life Investments** in Edinburgh. In 2007, he was mandated to open Standard Life Investments' Real Estate European headquarters in Paris, where he successfully grew the AuM to a total of €3bn with transnational investments in France, Italy, and Portugal.  

Drawing on his experience, in 2011, he created his own investment company which became **Redblue** in 2014. Since then, Francesco closed a large number of value-add investments in the city center of Paris, as sole investor or with joint-venture partners.

Before joining Redblue to develop the Asset Management department, Adrien accounts for over 10 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate. 

Adrien has worked with **Klépierre**, the European leader in shopping centers, where he was able to bring added value to significant projects, such as the disposal of more than 120 Carrefour shopping centers (2014), the extension of Créteil Soleil (2019, €170m investment), or the refurbishments of Grand Portet (€14m) and Givors 2 Vallées (€1m) shopping centers.

In July 2019, he was appointed as Deputy Head of Asset Management for Klépierre, with 7 people and a €5.6bn portfolio under his responsibility.

Adrien is a graduate from Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics (Master in Engineering) and ESSEC Business School (Master in Management).

After over fifteen years as an Advertising Director in the media industry, Quitterie decided to put her natural and experienced interpersonal skills to use in the real estate sector. 

In 2015, Redblue offered her to be in charge of leasing and sales of the assets as well as the marketing strategy of the company. 

Fatima has over 15 years of experience in finance and real estate and corporate accounting.

Before joining Redblue in 2022, Fatima has worked with **Arizona Investissement** (Paris-based real estate player)  for 9 years. She then joined **Logicor Gestion** where she has been responsible for a 2.5-million-square-meter portfolio for 6 years. 

Her main role is to coordinate all financial movements within Redblue and third parties, as well as to prepare clear and accurate financial statements for all companies within the group. 

Frédéric has accumulated over 25 years of experience in Facilities Management. 

Passionate about real estate and construction, he used to work for renowned hotel groups such as **IHG** and **Royal Monceau**, with which he developed a differentiating approach to building maintenance. 

In 2016, Frédéric joined Redblue to develop the Facilities Management department and has since been displaying his indisputable expertise in the company. 

Noria joined Redblue in July 2022.
She has a Master's degree in Corporate Law from Montpellier university.
